We are the WE ((CAN)) marketing agency, and we are looking for a hands-on marketer with a deep understanding of processes and the ability to drive tasks to results to join the team. We don't employ just anyone: we act as a full in-house marketing department for our clients' businesses.

We are now strengthening the team for projects in Dubai. This is a long-term, systematic role where you will be part of a strong team, working alongside a project manager, supervisor and department director. All processes are of the highest standard, with clear structure, templates, regular communication and full transparency.

💼 What's in store for you?

• Working remotely but as part of an active, switched-on team.
• Projects in IT, development, HoReCa, beauty, architecture and design.
• You will work under an official contract with fixed payments.
• The schedule is from 09:00 to 19:00 Dubai time, with the ability to plan your day independently.
• Constant liaison with supervisor and project client calls once a week.

Payment: $900 - $2,700 per month depending on the number of projects.

🧠 Expectation from the candidate:

Critical thinking, responsibility, proactive in their work and knowledge of high level English.

You should also be able to take the initiative, work in a structured way and understand marketing analytics, funnels, strategies and promotion in Google/Meta.

-Higher education in marketing would be an advantage

-Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing

- Experience with overseas social media like Meta, LinkedIn/X is a must
